Peakstone Portfolio Company automatics Completes Acquisition of CON.IO High Availability Solution

WIENER NEUSTADT, Austria, May 8, 2026 – Peakstone Growth Partners (“Peakstone”) portfolio company automatics, a provider of unified SAP automation and security solutions, today announced the acquisition of the operational business and iON product line from CON.IO. This move integrates specialized High Availability (HA) technology directly into the automatics ecosystem.

Strengthening the SmartSecOps Platform this acquisition marks another milestone in automatics’ product strategy. Following the evolution from a pure automation platform to a SecOps management solution spanning SAP On-Prem, SAP BTP, and SAP RISE, the company is adding a new layer of resilience to its offering.

By incorporating CON.IO’s iON technology, automatics now covers four critical aspects of SAP management: Transparency (Inventory of the SAP system landscape and interfaces), Operation (Automated Workflows), Security (Data Protection), and Availability (High Availability for SAP).
